Ketoconazole 2%.. it's a anti DHT shampoo and it blocks the DHT receptors in the skin, it helps eliminate all sorts of acne.. but before you apply this I would suggest using just basic clear dial antibacterial soap, do not use loofahs or scrub brushes because they will leave small micro abrasions and bacteria can thrive in these areas.. hand wash the affected areas and then apply the Ketoconazole 2%.. this is simply just a targeting method, if you have persistent acne you may need a different type of treatment .
