I use cetaphil doesnt do much
I use facial wash on my back with sailuic acid. Doesnt do much
I take vitamin a , beta carotene and omega 3 . That helps more than any thing

It could just be inflammation

Okay, so buy a 150ml foaming bottle (eBay)...in the bottle 50% water the other half using any antibacterial shower bath with a squirt or two of Nizrol 2%.. Apply on and let sit for 20-30 seconds..

You usually can buy it in any chemist in Sydney, but which part of the world you at?

I just googled it quickly and wallmart have it assuming you are in the United States.

There’s soaps with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide that’s really good. Recently I’ve just been hitting the chest and shoulders with the facial scrub.
