Just dont be a dumb shit with it and take too much. 500mg and up and you will be lethargic as hell, and sweat buckets 24/7.
Start at 250mg per day and stay with that dose for a week. Dont eat like a pig and you will lose weight. You dont need a lot of this for it to be very effective.
Stay hydrated and up your sodium intake. You will hold water while taking it. Water usually drops within a few days of stopping it.
Eating carbs is ok, you will still lose weight, but I would suggest eating little to no carbs because carbs WILL make you hotter.
Protein and veggies makes it a lot easier on yourself.
