It builds very quickly in the body and has a long half life. I'd suggest 200 to 250 a day, period, the end, don't even think about anymore.

Was miserable the whole time
Wanted to do 14 days
Only made it through 8 and half
The rebound tho was where I saw some growth
Carbo loaded on the rebound and had explosion of energy and hunger
Mainly bc I was like deprived and dying the whole time I was on it
If ya wanna try to handle it then go for it
Just prepare yourself for misery while on it

I dont think it is a good drug for bodybuilding BUT i think its an amazing drug for ppl the are obese and ive seen nothing to show its toxic the way ppl say all the time. Yes if u take too much u can die and with dnp too much can come easier than most drugs so u must be careful. But u should always be careful when takin anything. For bodybuilding its like ppl said, u have no energy to train, hot n sweaty all the time if takin a higher dose, and u can be nauseous and have trouble eating. Most bodybuilders are structured enuf to just lose the fat thru diet n cardio. But ive seen multiple ppl the were obese for 20+ years lose over 100lbs and reverse type 2 diabetes in one years time takin dnp most of the year at a lower dose. There doctor was aware and all for it and said they wish they could prescribe dnp for obesity becuz its way less harmful than drugs currently used for bein overweight like phentermine which is terrible for your heart. Dnp is dangerous like anything else if u are reckless and uneducated in how to truly use it. But its a wonderful tool and NOT toxic the way ppl say. Using it regularly to shred off ten pounds in 2weeks is pointless i think but my opinion is tren is much more pointless and harmful and should only be used if stepping on stage. But ppl should be free to use anything they want whenever they want. Education of these compounds and taking personal responsibility for your use is all that really matters. I have no doubt that dnp is an amazing drug that should be reinstated into modern medicine but i dont think its the best option for bodybuilders to drop a little fat.

Just out of curiosity how strong is dnp compared to say the ECA stack or clen? I ahve ran ECA but not clen yet. i have some though. Also I heard of something called decay where you use dnp eca and yohimbe.

Way stronger.
To this day, I don’t know why people feel the need to use dnp.
This is an extremely hot topic on another board that I am on.
It’s so dangerous, this can go badly in a hurry if your not fully educated on it. And even then this go south in a hurry.
My stand , is stay away from it. train hard cardio and eat right. Basically do the work.

Walking burns about 100 calories per mile.
It doesn't risk damaging muscle like running.
It also feels better than running I don't feel drained after a walk.
No risk of bad side effects is also good.

OK DNP is bad I have 40mcg cap of clen. How effective is say 3 of them a day instead of the ECA stak also any benefit of using the CA if i run clen? Someone also said Yohimbie workds good with both

Throw in 50mcg of T3 and you’ll be an internal furnace of a fat burning machine. I get pretty uncomfortable on clen and T3. I can’t imagine this discomfort described about DNP.
