I've always taken it when I wake up on an empty stomach
I've always felt that this should be done for maximum absorption.
wait at least half an hour before having breakfast.
Surprised to have found this study that says otherwise

in addition there are now the liquid soft capsules and no longer the classic tabs.
Has anyone already tried them?

the half life is a week, so it should not interfere with sleep just because you take it before sleeping.
at most, if you take too much, you will have hyperthyroidism and then you could have insomnia for days and days...but the single dose should not interfere.
