      Go to the Anabolic Profiles section and read up on what you're running.
      Why would you run anything without educating yourself on each compounds actions/sides?
      Is this your 1st cycle? Tren should not be in your first cycle, or Deca for that matter. A good FIRST MASS & strength cycle is:
      wks 1-4:
      Dbol - 20mg AM 20mg post dinner
      Test cyp/enth - 300 2X/wk or every 4 days
      Weeks 4-12
      Test cyp/enth - 300 2X/wk or every 4 days
      Aromasin - 12.5mg eod only for weeks 5, 10 and 2 weeks post cycle.

      If its not your first run, lmk what you've done b4 and Ill give you a suggestion based on that.

      No sense in risking ais in the first 4 weeks... Estro hasnt had a chance to build yet and you might crash your estro b4 you hit week 4! Limit use of ais, everybody worries about the side effects of the gear, nobody ever considers the side effects of the ais!!! LOSS OF BONE DENSITY!!!! You dont wanna be 35 and breaking hip-bones. Lol

      I like this post! I no longer run cycles where ai's r necessary. If I need them, I'm putting too much juice into my body. I like cherry bomb's comment of lower doses too. I run mast high & can tolerate up to 600mg tren without caber or any ai. Have to experiment to find what's right for each of us, as we're all different. U see that stated on this board often but I see so many posts asking "what should I do?" U should begin low & see how your body reacts to 1 compound at a time. Ive never thrown in 2 at the same time I've never ran. If gnarly SE's arise, how do i know which is to blame? I do know enough about most compounds to know what each's SE looks like but until one gets there, stick with 1 at a time.
      Interesting thread. Good advice given but all from what each person has had success/failure with. That'll always be the case when asking for recommendations. We recommend what WE like. What worked for us only. Okay, enough. My .02. Later on dudes

      Exactly. So many rookies wanna jump on an IFBB pro cycle with 2 orals 4 injects and 2 ais! Lol! Its a process, and if your going to make it a lifestyle... You have TIME to take it slow!

      ive got a few cycles under my belt ive run all these compounds before and thx for all the help and no prob cherry fitness i was just askin to see other peoples opin ions on their best mass cycle im lookin to just get some size and was wondering if the tren and mast would help, ill leave them for the end of my cycle to maybe cut up a bit thx

      I used 500 test, 300 tren and 300 deca cycle, before last and it was a strength builder for sure. I also added some mass, but could have added more with more calories. Just be careful and have caber on hand when running because they can def. cause prolactin issues. I had to use 1mg wk split into two doses to keep milk from flowin from the titties.
