We r all different but me personally have my estro high normal on 600mg/week with 5mg Aromisin eod.

In the crappy country I live in they first check the blood and when they see that RBC is high they wont take it So I gotta do it myself which isn't worth it for me. I usuaully use about the same dose of aromasin. But I gotta go a little bit higher on the arimidex.
I'll maybe going even lower than 500mg/week. I get good results with low doses. I got crazy results from just doing short cycles with test prop and some tbol, 350mg/week of prop and 525mg/week of test prop.

Why would it be easier to jab 600mg ? I take it e4d. I've said it like 10 times now. I tried to explain how I count the dosage.
Not trying to be mean or anything but please read and at least try to understand what I'm typing. I've already stated the reasons why several times.

I made it long time ago. 300mg/ml (1ml e4d)

300mg/ml devided by 4 = 75mg (75mg ed) x 7(1week) = 525mg/week

I'm keeping test cyp low at 262mg/week
test cyp 262mg/ew (0.6ml e4d)

You can brew EQ to a really high concentration. 300mg/ml is easy to brew

For the most post its the same here in the US u basically have to give blood b4 it gets high or to high.

w1-16 test cyp 262mg/ew (0.6ml e4d)
w1-16 EQ 525mg/ew (1ml e4d)
w1-16 tren ena 350mg/ew
w1-3 dianabol 50mg ed

Since it's impossible to say how much adex I should use I'm going to start with with 0.25mg eod. Going to check my bloods after 1-2 weeks. I hope my tits don't grow because of the dianabol.

Weight: 128kg
Bodyfat: don't care

Bench: 180kg x 5-6 reps
Deadlift: 280kg x 4 reps
Squat: 200kg x 6 reps.

My main goal is to add some more muscles to my legs.

I'm not going to be updating on this forum that often.
