Any old dudes can tell you when Muscle Media 3000 Magazine was out this was a great OTC supplement .
Vandium was Pre-Creatine era and made a great stack when combined . PTC was very scarce and seemed like in between cycles or finding new cycles was problematic .
Label probably states to take 3x/day with meals . I would take a little more and have veins popping . Hell I would stack my 2.5mg Cilais now and be a freak . lol
