Do you eat all your macros in one sitting? No..
We break them up for good reason...Same should apply when taking multiple oral medications and supplements..I'm not talking about half-life of medications or sups, but rather the process in which they are broken down and the availability of digestive enzymes that are secreted (there's many types of enzymes that have different mechanisms of action, there needs to be a balance).. On the surface many of us, whether athletes, bodybuilders are just gym rats my appear to be healthy with our daily habits, in reality what we put into our bodies "ESPECIALLY" food can be rather taxing on our bodies and be telling a different story internally, whether it's stress on our kidneys with protein breakdown or gastro disturbances with our macros and sups.. I promise you, you won't cut yourself short or fall flat on your face by breaking things up, in fact you're simply doing yourself a favor and you'll FEEL better, less chances of nausea, fatigue or even loss of appetite..
If you're consuming oral AAS with sups you may want to incorporate some digestive enzymes to help assist, considering your income with food,orals and so on.. Give yourself an advantage, don't put yourself at a disadvantage!

That is the exact reason I took the oral this way. I was trying to increase synthesis throughout the 24 hrs and beyond and take advantage of my body utilizing the macros @ each meal. It definitely worked better for me. As for pwo- I totally love them and use them for boosting my strength and mind for a great workout. I love inj. PWO’s for that. So superior!!
