      Hey bro, IMO your to young to start AAS. You have tons of your own natural test already but it is your body and you will do what you want. So all I can suggest is read, read, read, read... Oh and did I mention READ.... AAS is nothing to take litely. This is some powerful stuff that will alter all your normal body functions as well as your hormones and how they react with your body etc. Knowledge is power and an if you wanna play this game for a long time and stay healthy get as much knowledge as you can before you embark on this long journey.       I have test better than when I was 22!
      Unfortunatly it's either because Im on cycle, or Im Cruising on mu TRT.

      OP- FWIW, ive gotta pin every week minimum for the rest of my life because my natty test is dead. Take care of your body Brother, you only get one!

      Diet is good man mainly poultry and fish. Not a lot maybe 4-10 oz of fish of week
      Red meat every so often but mainly chicken rice beans squash fruit protein smoothies
      85/15 turkey maybe 4-8 lbs of turkey a week, just trying to put the weight on
      Would reall like to be around 225 and benching a full 100+ over my body wieght.
      I am pretty strong right now about 180 benching 235x2 squatt 365 can curl the 60's once

      listen good to these guys johnny thats what i said to ya your young dont let that other guy talk yuo into these advanced cycles stick with the basics for now.im always telling ya im almost 40 i dont have the metabolism you do take it slow and get your pct info from these guys on board. call me later bro glad you found the site .check out anabolic profiles thats wre you learn what goes with what and how to dose
