      Really dark urine

      I’m concerned about the color of my urine. For a while I know I wasn’t drinking near enough water. Since I started drinking more water it’s looks better as the day goes by. But it’s still really dark in the am. I hate to admit it but I was drinking 3 or 4 monsters a day too. I’ve cut that down to one or none. I know tren can do this I just didn’t know if I should be concerned. Oh it smells strong too. I wish I could get blood done. Unfortunately I can no longer find any way to do it in New York. If anyone know how let me know. I can go to my doc if I have to but I don’t think I want too add steroid use to my record. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Any real input would be appreciated.

      Tren has scared me a few times with this.... Probably nothing. Stay hydrated.... Pay attention to aches and pains in your kidney areas. If it gets bad go to the doc...... I've never gone due to dark urine.... And it's gotten real dark.... It's the tren.

      How long has your cycle/blast been going on for? Might be time for a break. You know this already but obviously drink a ton more water, try to hit over a gallon if you can. I have found that really helps while running tren. Would also consider getting a kidney support supplement just cause it can't hurt, least thats what I did and it seemed to help.

      Drink water and Gatorade, its just dehydration . They have those urine color posters at most factories that tell the different stagea of hydration.

      Just drink more water before bed if its happening when you wake up then drink 2-3 more bottles through out the day .


      Lemons couldn't hurt either as they help the absorption of nutrients. Even lemon juice would help. If you're one of those weird ppl that hate the taste of water even fruit juices help hydration

      Drink a minimum of 1.5 gallons of water a day.
      Pick up some "Kidney Stuff" from golden standards as added protection

      How often are you training? Are you getting any rest days in there? I would suggest taking a full week off, because it sounds like the onset of Rhabdomyolysis..
      It's common with gear use and over training along with lack of hydration..

      I would suggest you stop any supplementation that you may be taking , like protein powders, vitamins, creatine and so on just for a week or so.. Drink "clear" fluids and rest up.. Give your body some rest..

      This ^^^^^ and the energy drinks also contribute to this. Monster is toxic bro. Get yourself some organic green tea powder and put a heaping teaspoon into any beverage. Energy is BETTER, lasts longer, no crash feeling, and will help to clear out toxins. I was a Redbull junkie. Green tea powder is WAY fxxkin better! You can get a big bag if it for like $12-15... Makes like 40 drinks. Save money... Clean system... FEEL BETTER!
