How too blood work in NY.
Does anyone know how to get bloodwork done in NY. I really think I need too. I was able to order the kit with the vials from labxxxps. However I can’t even pay a lab to draw it here. Some bs law. I was thinking about drawing it myself. Cant be that hard. I think all I lack is a centrifuge ($200). But I’m not sure what the protocol is for the different vials. (How fast how long to spin, I think u have to remove the plasma on one, does it have to stay cold? How do I do that in the mail?)Does anyone know? They have different color stoppers. I would rather just go somewhere but as far as I know that’s not doable in New York. Can I learn anything from giving blood at Red Cross? Wonder if they can prep it for shipment?maybe if I flirt with an older nurse. Thanks fellas.

Bro don’t draw your own blood
Drive across the. Order to CT
Mad easy there
Just show up st labcorp w the requisition and they do it no prob
Doesn’t matter about ID
Just say you only have NY drivers license bc you just moved and didn’t switch it yet
They don’t give a shit
Go at 730am when they open also - staff is tired and they aren’t trying to argue
On Fridays as well
You’ll be good to go bro
Look up nearest labcorp near your zip but the nearest one in CT- drive there - get it done and then drive back (or just make a trip out of it )
Get blood hit a local gym and pay the daily use fee and then drive home
It’s worth it

You might even be able to hit a lab corp in NY close to CT just use a fake CT address when you sign up for bloodwork.
Massachusetts wont let me get bloodwork paying out of pocket. So I put in I live in CT when I used a third party company to request bloods. now I can get my bloods done in mass. The funny thing is I use the same lab for my primary care which says I live in mass.
