Just watch your blood sugar on the mk. Raised by fasting BG by 15 points after only about a month on it.

I had seen someone else mention this too. I took MK677 a few years ago and loved it for the sleep, but didn't realize it had such an impact on blood sugar. Wonder if Metformin/Berberine would help with this.

Didnt notice it helping much for me. My BG dropped 15 points almost instantly after coming off, and that was using metformin while on it

When I run MK I am typically running it alongside GH and slin. It definitely brings up BG.

im curious... why use mk if youre already on gh? Always thought mk677 was really like a ghetto substitute for gh. Im interested in trying gh, just need to read more about dosage. Dont wanna mess with it if its gonna spike blood sugar like mk.

The purpose of running both is to further elevate IGF levels. I run 5 units GH in the morning and 25 MK at bedtime.
GH raises my BG a little bit but nothing horrible. Running both it gets up there, hence the insulin.

If I ever run MK677 again, I'll run it with Berberine and see if it helps. Really curious about this as jrock didn't see any improvement using Metformin.

Definitely a complex subject and formulas for making these things work because everyone has such a different biochemistry going on.
