      Yeah any animal with a lack of expression for that Gene is likely naturally muscular or with grow very easily naturally when they do touch a weight. Flex Wheeler is a genetic mutant because he has less myostatin expression than Ronnie Coleman and also has more muscle strands per fiber too. He also has a smaller sized frame, but his genetics let him get ridiculously huge for his frame size. Ronnie ultimately became much bigger and stronger but he also trained much harder, more disciplined and lasted longer in the sport. He also has some pretty amazing genetics of his own according to DNA tests he did. But when it came to absolute myostatin and muscle fiber count, Flex is the freak to end all freaks. An extremely rare specimen of bodybuilding.

      I would guess it would have a lot to do with the type of muscle fiber, size of fibers and percentage. Also, Everyones body has a custom genetic makeup. So that is where genetics DO play a big role. In my opinion and experience. You have to remember that these guys push past the normal human limits of muscle growth. Some people, no matter what they take or do, will never get the incredible results. That being said, everyone has the right to try. It is an amazing subject.

      And some people try to an extreme. Its an obsession. An annoying Obsession to people that don't know the feeling or subject. Its deep in your gut. The psych is an amazing feeling. To pick up a barbell off the ground with the intention on doing 5 reps. And suddenly at the six or seven the rep the room gets quiet. All of a sudden it's easy. It's like a meditation but you're moving. And now the 8th rep. 9th and 10th. 5 reps? Was a thing of the past. Finally 12. You look at your buddy and say dude that was f****** crazy. Maybe he doesn't understand because he's never had the experience of what True Power is. For me thats at 1000mg of test. I just don't see the need to go higher.

      Also my body is beat because of that power. To much power to young. To much Obsession LOL. But its what we do...

      Over 5000cals mini meals all day long. High protein focused. Liquid meals are critical for me to keep a good intake everyday due to having to force myself most days.

      Grow like a weed.

      training high intensity 4days a week 2 days medium doubled up on lagging parts, funny enough if I go to 7 I can feel it and messes up my momentum dramatically

      I keep e2 in check with 25mg e4d with asin. As I believe it’s critical to have estro on the higher side on a bulk to grow. I don’t run into any gyno sides, if I feel I do ill jump on 10mg of nolva to control instead of messing with my aromasin dose.



      With that being said bodybuilding is a real journey and doesn’t happen in a year or two. Don’t get inpatient and slam down grams of gear without knowing what your doing and risks involved.

      The first being that this dude is actually telling the truth, which I doubt. There is not need to take that much test, I don't care who you are. Now, his gear might be shit so he is taking 4000 mg of something maybe but he's not taking that much legit test.

      There are a lot of guys out there that like to stroke their own ego's and try to impress others. Don't fall for this shit. Its like bragging to your buddy's that you were running 150 mph down the highway in your Prius.

      Your genetics will dictate what your body will or will not do. Uping the gear just to find out is dangerous and foolish. I'll use the car analogy again, its like thinking you drive a race car when you have 20 gals of 93 octane versus 15 gals of 89 octane.

      Do some people take massive amounts of gear? Yes and they are also the ones that have short lives. They are the guys that eat like shit, train like shit and end up looking like shit. There is a whole movement in life that more is better and too much is not enough, all it does is bite you in the ass.

      If you can talk to a retired Champion, he will tell you that all the gear in the world does not a Champion make. Ask Arnold or Dorian and they would laugh at this guy.

      BGT.. I was on 1000mg of sust for prob two months last fall:winter and was up to almost 1.5-1.7 mg with the remainder being propionate. depending if I measured correctly. Anyway I was bout 3800-4500 calories depending g on how many pop tarts I ate during the day. For me I can’t “eat clean” if I want to gain I gotta eat. Dosnt matter what. Pound of pasta ok. Box of pop tarts. 2pounds of ground beef. I just gotta get it in me. What a lot of people don’t realize is when someone runs test. Let’s just talk test. 500mg of test you have to eat big to grow right but now with the extra test you have in you your Metabolism starts to fire up. So if you can make great gains on3000 calories a day now that your metabolism is fired up you may need 3500. Now put yourself on 1 to 1.5 grams of test your metabolism is so fucking fired up you can’t put enough food in your body to keep up with that. Now add some tren and some eq or npp to the mix and good god bring out the apple pies cause you gonn need to get some major calories in. and protein and rice ain’t gonna cut it. When I was running this doses I was actually getting leaner cause I couldn’t feed the furnace. IE our came the pop tarts. Some of the strongest I have ever been in my life. But now I am on 600mg of test only right now. Strenght is great, boners are great, I just feel great. So why go higher. Cause I am hooked on the life. I am not afraid to admit it. I also am a little watery. Arimadex .5 every 3 days. Keeping up with it a bit. My blast is gonna be starting in the next month or so and I will be back up to those doses again. Plan on throwing In A lot more high calorie shakes. But 3grams of test. Good golly miss molly.ive seen this guy spartan and bro he is just a average gym bro def not pro card material. Not at least the last time I watch him shit outta his mouth on YouTube. And here we have it again. A YouTuber telling people whats good for them.. he should be banned from youtube.

      Average guy walks into a gym. Another average but slightly more muscular guy tells him to take XXX++++++ doses of gear.
      A huge famous pro walks over and tells the first guy he looks good, keep it up and put in the time and that he will get there in time. First guy asks pro about gear quantities. Pro tells him never go over a gram. He never did.

      First guy goes home and watches second guy’s YouTube channel. First average guy then pins 5ml of Test 400. Three months later he has a youtube channel because now he’s a wise internet sensation.

      Still looks average. Maybe like shit. His health suffers. He doesn’t really live the lifestyle. Hey man, he won’t be competing, but he can if he wants to.

      ​The pro lives a full happy life. The internet guy, his new internet friend come and go. Soon they are posting on forums asking about livers, kidneys and what dick pill is best with TRT.
