      From 18-23 i didn't eat much and at that age my test levels were high i did grunt physical jobs and never gained because the calories weren't there. I'd also lose 12-18 pounds if i caught the stomach flu . So yes high test and low calories = no size gains

Period. Plain and simple. 1 gram is all you need . And that is on the extrem end. I was up to 1.5 grams of test and at that point I was almost waists g my money. Did I put the work in. Yes at the expense of my family time and maybe my mental well being. Did I get the most out of my cycle at the doses I was on? Fuck no.. even though I put the time in at the gym I just could not get the calories to support it.. why. Cause I had work and other responsibilities. When I am in the middle of blactopjng a road or pouring a concrete slab it’s hard to look at your boss or co workers and say fuck this I gotta eat.. hahahahaha. Did I try and make up for it when I could. Of course. But miss a meal or two and that’s a lot of making up to do.. ANYWAY THATS MY RANT.. oh and buy the way Bohemoth your stats..
      I don't see how you got that I was defending him. I actually agreed with you on most points about him, other than him being an average gym rat, only because he is infact an NPC level bodybuilder, despite not looking that impressive while he's filming himself with his front facing camera.

      He used to be a freak though, shocking even Ronnie Coleman. And yeah he still preaches 1g to 1.2g of test being the ideal dose and that anything more gives diminished returns.
