I think the gear will limit catbolism and lean toward thermogenesis but more gear for us ectos is rarely the solution. You're better off running as low of doses as possible to keep you Anabolic, without overly revving up your metabolism via increased thyroid, igf and likely increased insulin sensitivity as well.

So do you think my mentioning that I am an Internationally Competitive Bodybuilder that people should give more to my credibility? Not if I am advocating low dose. Lol

There no right or wrong answer here. Genetics is going to Determine what you can handle and how much. If one protocol worked for everyone then we wouldn’t have countless debates on steroids. But it’s good to here all sides. Never really thought about High Test ramping up the metabolism and it’s something to do more research on. High doses of test my body handles fine with sides and making me feel like shit. Even the 400mg of Deca gives problems sleeping. I’m going to start a log for my cycle of high dose test cycle. It will be there tonight over in Log section.

If you can prove it, hell yeah I would listen to what you have to say. I don't really care what Seth says, but I looked him up and he actually won the 2018 NPC Universe show. But his credibility is overshadowed by the dumb stuff he says on his channel. I totally understand why these guys don't like him, but I feel like they're going a little too far by making up stuff or assuming things about him when he's far beyond anyone on this forum competitively, or at least anyone in this thread.
