200 of test Cyp and 200 of mast E 1 x every 6 days.. and just let each them compliment one an other.. it's moderate and you can run this forever, toss in vars here and there, plus you can better assess things and gauge how you feel without to much going on.. Keep things in a narrow spectrum, this way you can make slight adjustments if needed, in lieu of not knowing how big of an adjustment you would need on many compounds at higher dosages..
Plus you want to feel good, and not over exhaust thing.. its all about that sense of well being.. I'll take that spring in my step with feeling good, rather than ying-yanging my serum levels.. steady as she goes!

Good advise right here.

To the OP, that cycle is too aggressive for anyone especially us older "gentlemen". I am finding at my age it takes very little juice to get a nice squeeze from my body.

This is a much safer approach to reintroducing gear over 40. If all goes well with bloodwork, up the anti a bit on the next cycle.
