Anavar help

Just got some Anavar and want to add it to my cycle to help cut a few extra pounds. Currently running test e 750mg/week and Deca 500mg/week. First time using Avavar I am asking for a recommended dosage. I was thinking 50mg/day for 4 weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks brothers.

You could run it for 6-8wks. 4wks is too short for var.

I would take TUDCA and NAC as well to support liver.

Everyone will tell you what worked for them. I have done 50mg for 8wks and it was ok. I found that 75mg for me is when I really noticed a difference.

Hey brother. Definitely what The Bear said. 4 weeks is too short and 50mg is not enough. 6-8 weeks tops. And 75mg but also I would also start 1st week at 50mg and then ramp up to 75.

The get the most of it, I'd do 80mg for 10 weeks

I have even ran 100 mg a day and had minimal sides. Anavar for me, and I believe for most, is pretty mild when it comes to sides but gains from running it for 6-8 weeks are nice.

Agreed^^^. Such a nice versatile oral. Used in cutting/recomp/ and bulking.

Thanks bear 75mg it is and will take it to 8 or 9 weeks. I initially wanted to go higher dose and longer but was not sure being time using it. Was also going to add milk thistle.

You could but first time I wouldn’t. Don’t take thistle on orals, only when done.

My brother. You know i have to say this first..
You should already have a full plan in place, by the time your do your shopping.. This includes dosage and frequency... on work days and off days..

It's super important to have everything laid out.. and in place before you start..

Brother.. remember.. everyone responds differently.. Some take 100mg.. some 75mg.. I'm one of those feels 50mg is perfect.. with a great diet and gym routine in place..
Again.. you should use this as an opportunity to dial in the anavar to suit your needs.. I'd start small.. and see how it goes .. maybe after a few weeks.. try to adjust accordingly..
Some friends of mine have tried 100mg/day... Only to have to kick it down because the pumps were too intense..

Good luck man.. and remember.. we're all different.. and compounds will not effect everyone all the same.

And milk thistle while on orals is great.. as well as when not on orals.
