      What I did when I was 25.....would it be killer at 40 now????

      hit this for my last cycle when I was about 25 years old and got absolutely massive.
      I have a very good base now and was thinking of hitting this exact same cycle. I haven't cycled for 15 years!
      Here it is......thoughts


      Weeks 1-4 d-bol 40mg ed
      weeks 1-12 Test Enan 700/wk
      weeks 1-12 Deca 400/week
      weeks 12-16 Tren 75 eod
      weeks 12-16 test prop 100 eod
      weeks 13-16 winstrol 50mg/d
      weeks 1-16 arimidex .25 mg ed
      post 3 days after last prop.....
      clomid 3 wks
      nolv for 4 weeks
      HCG on 1st and 4th day of pct

      40's not that old E, but I liken it to a garden hose that's been sitting in the sun for 15 years then hooked up to a high pressure water source. Might be okay for a while but on the other hand...do you really wanna risk it?

      You can obviously do whatever you want but at that age if you're not competing on a high level and getting paid for it, my question is.. why?

      I count 6 personal friends that passed away before the age of 50 and the only commonality was high dosages of gear.

      I'm 56 and still making improvements on a 10th of that cycle with hard training and solid nutrition.

      56 years 6' 260# 14% BF

      That’s the last thing lots of guys want to hear on this forum: “Less gear”from guys who are mid 50s and still going at it because of less gear. ​Nothing will change my opinion that today, guys use too much gear and get nothing more from it than smaller, more reasonable doses.

      40 years 220# good base, looking to shred
      As we get older our CNS, receptors and other skeletal tissue will respond much differently compared to when we are younger. Most times older lions don't need much of anything, the best way to describe older males especially those who are reintroducing or starting out with AAS is they are much like hyper responders, HGH is one of the compounds that works amazing for older boys.
      The trade off with sides may not be ideal, also considering the fact that you haven't had much experience in your mature years to listen and learn the curves and know what to adjust in either direction.
      IMO.. Take the longer but more consistent and quality approach... I would run Test in a blast in cruise protocol, get on some HGH and toss in some vars/winny with an oral combo.. You can do without the winny, and just use var, winny will mess up lipids the worst of the 2..
      Make the long commitment and stay ON but use moderately, and just blast and cruise, you'll look and feel like a million bucks and it will be more manageable and doable without the dramatic spikes and dips, and worrying about recovering and so on.. At 35+ cycling is kinda silly, because recovery can be hard and at times simply just not effective..

      get on, and stay on, and make it quality!

      You'll looking me up in a year from now to thank me, I bet on it..

      Good advise right here.

      To the OP, that cycle is too aggressive for anyone especially us older "gentlemen". I am finding at my age it takes very little juice to get a nice squeeze from my body.
