Yes I always have problems on tren. Especially on a deficit diet.

Tren naturally suppress your bile.

Supplement with Ox bile. 1 cap a day should do the trick.

If you feel that you’re trending towards constipation you can go to your local drug store (Walgreens, CVS, etc.) and get their store brand of polyethylene glycol (name brand Miralax).

It’s an osmotic laxative and works by retaining water in your shit so it will increase the frequency and make your turd softer

I have to drink more water and other electrolyte substances when taking tren. I learned that after my first run with tren.

Oh and heres another horrible side for me w tren --

INDIGESTION AND REFLUX constantly -- its bad but i TAKE AN ANT-ACID and just watch food intake to not trigger it

Soda , tomato sauce , spicy stuff all trigger it to go nuts

It could be your water consumption since tren dehydrates you, you may need to drink more water. With the saw pamnetto if i take it on an empty stomach i get the shits . So maybe take it on an empty stomach

I use Benafiber and in a bad time one stool softner pill b4 bed.

I started drinking 2oz of Aloe Vera gel 2 x ED and my severe indigestion and heartburn are gone. Tren used to give me horrible heartburn. I'm finishing Tren now with zero heartburn.

Don’t laugh or judge. But Boston Lloyd had a video on it, so I tried it. Worked for me and I never run tren without it!
