Yo Sqwuidd I worked with X as co reps in the past, he's a close friend and we've had lengthy talks about the science of BB'n and the mutha fuqr is a walking encyclopedia for BB'rs. He's also great at pharmacology. Basically he's a highly intelligent and educated individual who shares our love and passion for BB'ng.
I regularly consult him before I make decisions in this lifestyle and here on BOP.
I assure you he will never attempt or allow you to perceive his opinions as facts.

Soluble and insoluble fiber and drinking more water is the best advice given so far. Laxatives, or “ass diuretics” as I call them, move food too fast, wasting nutrients.

You know I like brother and I don't want you to think I'm coming at you sideways so I'll be direct ok. I've read up on and researched Tren til my eyes bleed and I've never read any data on this claim. Maybe I've over looked something. Maybe Tren cause the bile ducts to dialiate or it is in fact a bile suppressant. But I would need to read it for myself.
You and I are in a position where thousands of viewers read our comments and view us as mentors. I actually just recommended you to be a mentor for a newbies thread so I support you no doubt but opinions are not facts.
My point is you stating "Tren naturally suppress your bile" has the appearance of being a fact. Not saying you're wrong just never heard this before.
Did Boston Lloyd provide anything to substantiate his claim?
I would guess that dehydration is a contributing factor here.

Couldn't agree more. Benefiber helped me significantly and when I added Aloe Vera gel the indigestion subsided as well.
Again in a "bind" (pun intended) I use one stool softner pill b4 bed.

Nutrients and gets more out of the food you eat
But anyone have this experience of taking Tren and battling to have a decent movement ?
Sucks bc then I gotta take like laxatives and stuff and I hate that

I posted in your thread.
Fiber gummys 15mg 2-3x a day normally 3 gummies
Apple Cider vinegar tabs 3x day 480mg each x with main meals
Magnesium oxide 500mg every night.
If u constipated use 100mg magnesium citrate with the 500mg night before.
9 out of 10 mornings I am dancing grabbing my hgh preloaded out fridge and taking my t4 then hopping on toilet so I can eat as soon as 45 min to hour passes. It just comes out in a pile.
But know I had hemeroid surgery from tren constipation. Now I know what to do. If i stay constipated from tren gas pains build up and cause bile to back up and I gotta puke it out or pain never stops in abdomen.
So I won't lie told truth and experienced and gave part of solution....
Other facts are progestin levels rising and prolactin in women cause this same issue with indigestion from constipation and pain from bloat.... research shows in women that go thru this it's when thier hormones rise and build like tren causes us overtime. Some worse than others.
Watch I bet heart burn started or will soon... I read first part of post only.... busy atm but gotta share experience.
Caber at 0.25mg 2x wk will help u too may be take 0.5mg now tho but get away with as little as possible. With hgh and tren 0.25mg 2x wk a must or else and I don't mean lactating I mean heart burn, belching, gas pain in abdomen with bloat and bile back up that gotta be puked out to releave bloating pain from constipation....
But supps above help too but both necessary!!!
Tren causes bottle necking and bile slow to empty from stomach and slows things, backs them up. I know guys who were diagnosed with H. Pylori and treated but problem remained until off Tren, then It happened everytime they used....
Take the supps stay clear of proton pump inhibitors they bad for u and make problem worse.....
I am on DHB, primo ace, test, hgh, t4, nolva, aromasin, Proviron, Caber 0.25mg 2x week and added tren e a couple weeks and it's kicking in.... after my hemmy surgery I use all supps and more every night. They lazered Half nerves around my hatch so i strain for a little ball without the supps...

I had those issues when my prolactin was high. I know tren can increase prolactin. Have you gotten any bloods recently on prolactin?

Two logical fallacies are at work here. Argumentum ad verecundiam (Argument to authority), and Post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacies.
