Problem is what i stated above, laxatives and proton pump inhibitors stay away!!!
Palmetto use if prostate giving issues but it's not case with tren constipation it's bile bottle necking as stated. It's part of woman and her cycle every month from rise and build of these related hormones....

The acid reflux from tren almost makes me not wanting to take. Like I said, almost not want to take it. I just have to take my OTC stuff and more bland food and increase my water intake.

And hell yesss we live off of bro science I support that 100%.
Without it we would not be where we are today. I actually hate it when guys say "I hate broscience." Broscience is paramount to our success. For example there are no medical journals documenting or human clinical trials that study the affects of Deca dosed at 800mg - 1g a week. The same goes for Tren at 300 - 700mg a week. Or on the stacks that we run. They just don't exist. It's up to bro's to document and share with one another.

95% of nutrient absorption occurs in your small intestine. An osmotic laxative like polyethylene glycol works in your colon after nutrient absorption has already taken place.
I’m open to information that supports an osmotic laxative increasing the rate of chyme moving through the small intestines?

Bile bottle necking?
Are we talking about Bile digestive fluid? Or bile ducts?
Bile bottle necking would be a symptom not the cause.
Sorry dude I'm old and slow so I'm a slow learner. I just take a little longer to catch up.

I would. I don’t have research to back it up right now but increased prolactin will slow the thyroid down and less to constipation. In my experience yes ago this was an issue as my prolactin was 4-6x the norm.
