We eat, our stomach has acids that break down foods, our liver releases bile that brings it thru our intestines..... we absorb food there...
Proton pump inhibitors Lower acids, not good!!
Anyway bottle necking is a term used from getting constipated from certain hormones in particular like progestins and prolactin. This has been proven in studies of women!!
Tren is a strong progestin and prolactin builds from it, add hgh and more!!!
Bile reflux is another medical term that can be googled and it's from excess bile, and certain dopamine antagonists used to treat it specific to certain receptors but it's opposite of what we want bodybuilding and our problem being on a prolactin building AAS and we do not want opposite... to shit freely knowing what our issue is, tren. And Lower prolactin knowing it's part of issue with tren!!!
No never meant inflammation of liver and bile salts stopped up like from orals!! That is another problem that affects bile flow and ducts etc.....
I said enough I researched long ago and passing on knowledge from many who went before.... Some of us, I already been there with many on boards post on this from over 12 years ago... It's all there family night, either trust me or look!!! Lol
This is my experience and research on hormones and gastrointestinal issues. As said family night, not leaving u guys in bind but no time for studies and my family first... I always help

There's thousands of members holding on to every letter we BOP Vets type and I feel a responsibility to always clarify when I'm stating an opinion or a fact. If I state a fact I will always offer to provide evidence to substantiate my claim.
Simply stating "IMO", "IME", or "based on my experience and research I'm guessing" will clarify and keep members from going around repeating opinions as facts.
Many members simply regurgitate what they read and this perpetuates. Somewhere a guys gonna repeat what a Vet posted that appeared to be fact based and he's likely to get embarrassed and called out by a member who is knowledgeable on the subject.
A wise friend regular says "opinions are not facts."
Yo Sqwuidd you get around to that "bag of dicks?" My wife has an extra bag laying around somewhere I'm sure. She's just another horny cumn slut and I'm so blessed to have her.

My wife has been thru 3 yrs of treatment and surgeries due to unexplained bile duct dilation from the liver leading to the Pancreas and the duct running thru the Pancreas.
So I have a very good understanding of what we're discussing. I've had lengthy conversations with Dr's and Surgeons with them explaining all and much more of what you're describing in detail.
Digestion and passing stool can be affected by low Thyroid hormone levels no doubt but how exactly high Progesterone caused by Tren affects Thyroid function is something I'm not knowledgeable on. Looks like I've got some research to do.

Appreciate the thought provoking thread. I love this shit.

When your normal schedule is interrupted yes it’s a cause for concern. The question wasn’t how many time should someone go or how many times should you go to the restroom the concern was YOUR normal frequency was being interrupted which is a concern. So the advice you received as to who told you you should go so many times a day is moot because that’s been established by you already knowing your schedule. Saw palmetto will do nothing for constipation period. Eat more fiber soluble and non soluble and plenty water and see if that works

I definitely had a "wtf moment" when I read Saw Palmetto as a treatment for Tren induced constipation.

In an effort to help I regularly eat fresh pineapple and it helps IME. I eat more as I increase protein intake.
Benefiber has helped a ton.
