      I get that it’s a change from your regular routine.

      When I’m on a blast and training harder my frequency of shitting changes

      A gastroenterologist will tell you that there is a range of frequency for people.

      I would caution you to not operate on the belief that you have to take a shit every day and take laxatives to induce that if you don’t.

      In our line of work you know about irrational beliefs.

      When your normal schedule is interrupted yes it’s a cause for concern. The question wasn’t how many time should someone go or how many times should you go to the restroom the concern was YOUR normal frequency was being interrupted which is a concern. So the advice you received as to who told you you should go so many times a day is moot because that’s been established by you already knowing your schedule. Saw palmetto will do nothing for constipation period. Eat more fiber soluble and non soluble and plenty water and see if that works

      I definitely had a "wtf moment" when I read Saw Palmetto as a treatment for Tren induced constipation.

      In an effort to help I regularly eat fresh pineapple and it helps IME. I eat more as I increase protein intake.

      Benefiber has helped a ton.
