Awesome! I am gonna start a base for about 2 weeks and then got it as much as as possible! Working on a good diet without a lot of fatty foods and large amounts of protein. Set a daily calorie amount. Just need to make sure I hit all my marks! Thanks brother.

Clean diet, High water intake and 1 hour if cardio every day, either am fasted or post weights. The WAT/BAT fat tissue accumulation in the abdominal area is the hardest part to lose for most males. Definitely, no sugary foods, processed flour snacks. I will be following. Good luck.

Good for you it’s always cool to see someone going for it. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED!!!!It isn’t overnight you find your rhythm and pace stick to it one foot in front of another. You will look back and be “DAAAAMN” lol....it happens and it is a journey , it’s also why there’s not a lot of ripped folks running around they don’t commit. So be proud of your gains and have fun it’s a life style.....

I wish at least one person besides me would comment that you should have been busting your ass for 6 months BEFORE starting your cycle.
Diet, training and routine should be all in line before adding hormones.
Learning to fly and land an airplane is never a good idea AFTER you’ve already taken off.
I am happy to see you plan on a small amount of gear though. Please don’t be that guy who after 3 weeks is “happy with my progress” and wants to “up the dose”. Then add another two compounds, then Tren.
Stick with your plan and good luck.
