      RESEARCH whet you want to take and see what works with other compounds , sides, reactions, is it a builder or cutter etc....

      I appreciate the concern, I have always been within the exercise community and have been training just not mass training. I have been on a cutting diet losing some weight for the past few months. Within thr last few weeks I started moving to a mass diet. I am.never one to break from a plan. I know what I have and plan to use and will do.just that. After the first cycle I might consider other gear but for these 12 weeks I have all I need.

      Once that test kicks in your hunger is going to go through the roof. Adjust your calories as necessary. Your muscle will be growing at a rate to where your body will be placing high demands on your caloric intake. Meal prep becomes a must if you want to keep your diet in check and not be cooking food all the damn time!

      In waiting for it to fully kick it! I've been preparing for the kick with about 3000 calories a day and 180-200g protein. Just ordered a mass gainer protein to calories higher for when I get that appetite!
