Hey Guys I am new here and just want to bring you all up to date on what I am running. I am currently In week 5 of my 2cd cycle. I am 37 years old 6'1 230lbs probably 15% bf been lifting all my life. done more power lifting due to body type over the years. My Diet is in check... consuming around 4k kcal's daily with about 400g protein, 200-300g carbs. 200g fats. and is pretty clean. here is what the cycles look like.....
1st Cycle
Test P 1ml (100mg) Monday, Wed. Fri. week 1-3
Test E 500mg/wk week 1-12
Exemestane 12.5 day wk 1-12
PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20
2cd cycle
Test P week 1-3 1ml Mon. wed. Fri
Test E 600 week 1-16
Var 40mg/day week 10-16
Exemestane 12.5/day week 1-16
PCT
Tamoxifen 40/40/20/20/20
I have already been advised to increase my Var to at least 60/day and run it week 10-18... any other ideas?
Also cycle should end like the first week of Jan. should I follow with a bulking cycle or cutting cycle.
