Tired on 200mg TEST per week

I have been on dr prescribed trt for 18 months. Dialed in at 120 mg per week divided into 3 shots. Also take hcg. I feel descent on trt dose. Last week I bumped it up to 200 mg test per week for a trial beginner cycle. Major changes on how I feel. Sex drive is insane. However I have this weird tiredness and I want to sleep all the time. It’s like a brain fog. Kinda dizzy. Tired. Anyone experience this? Levels on trt dose is about 1100 total test and 45 estradiol. I do have anostrozole if needed. I don’t take it on trt and I don’t think this is estradiol related. Any advice would be appreciated. I was hoping to do a real basic 12 week cycle of 500 mg test per week but not sure if I can. thank you.

It is weird this happened. Nothing has changed with diet and training. Still going strong. Its probably just my body not use to the higher hormones. Also noticed crazy hot spells... lol.

Here is my take...
E2 isn’t that high at all. Even though those are the sides (at least for me) when my e2 rises. You have been on a lower dose and sometimes when you increase, its take the body time to adjust. Obviously you are converting some via AI to e2. Give it time before you take any AI or get some labs.

If you blast at 500mg a wk, do blood pre, during snd post and have AI on hand if needed. Some will say they don’t need any, some will say they need a tiny bit 1x a wk and some will say they need more.

It’s all about learning what you need or if you need.

At 500mg, all I need is 12.5mg asin 1x a wk.
