RAD140 had more anabolic effect than testosterone and enhances exogenous Testosterone!

So, check this out, figured I'd share.. RAD really seems to be a serous contender in the SARMS dept..
RAD140 had more anabolic effect than testosterone, but fewer androgenic side effects. When the researchers combined RAD140 and testosterone, RAD140 enhanced the anabolic effects of testosterone

      Source:
      ACS Med Chem Lett. 2010 Dec. 2; 2 (2): 124-9.

SARM RAD140 already has anabolic effect with a dose of a few milligrams
Four years ago we wrote about research by the Radius P H A R M A company into new non-steroid compounds with a powerful anabolic effect . The biggest contender was a substance that Radius called RAD140, but we did not know exactly what substance that was. We know that now. And we now also know that RAD140 is even more interesting for chemical athletes than we already suspected.

      Study
Although we, the ignorant compilers of this web magazine, are not bothered by an excess of relevant knowledge, we are not alone in our estimation that RAD140 [chemical structure above] is an interesting doping agent. Doping hunters from German Sport University Cologne, who are developing doping tests for the WADA, share the same opinion. They recently published a test that RAD140 can prove. [Rapid Commun Mass Spectrom. 2013 Jun 15; 27 (11): 1173-82.]

We have not yet been able to find studies on the effects of RAD140 on humans. In Medicinal Chemistry Letters we did find data from animal studies - and that appeals to the imagination.
      Results
The figure below shows what oral doses of 10 mg RAD140 per kg body weight per day do with the prostate, seminal vesicles [SV] and the muscles [LABC] of castrated rats. [
      Human equivalent
: 120-150 mg / day] You can also see the effects of an injection dose of 1 mg of testosterone [TP] per kg bodyweight per day administered daily. [Human equivalent: 100 mg / week]. The test lasted 11 days.

RAD140 had more anabolic effect than testosterone, but fewer androgenic side effects. When the researchers combined RAD140 and testosterone, RAD140 enhanced the anabolic effects of testosterone, but reduced the androgenic side effects of testosterone on the prostate. That may mean that RAD140 can make testosterone courses more effective and safer.

The researchers also did experiments on monkeys. The test animals received 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mg RAD140 orally daily for 4 weeks per kg body weight. The human equivalent of those doses is approximately 0.3, 3 and 30 mg of RAD140 per day. Even the smallest dose increased the fat-free mass - albeit with just one ounce, but still.

      Conclusion
" RAD140 has excellent pharmacokinetics and is a potential anabolic in nonhuman primates as well, " the researchers write. " We believe the overall preclinical profile of RAD140 is very good, and the compound has completed preclinical toxicology in both rats and monkeys. We are currently preparing RAD140 for phase I clinical studies in patients suffering from severe weight loss due to cancer cachexia ."

      Tried it 2x. Wasn’t impressed.

Way more impressed by s4 and ostarine stacked.

But in the end I have found AS do way more.
