Here's what I buy every week
(For my shakes)
Big tub plain greek yogurt
5 Bananas
Large carton of Egg Whites
Oats
Peanut Butter
4 bottles of Fairlife Whole or 2%
(For my pre and post workout meal)
Whatever meat is on sale or I have a taste for that week options include:
Beef ribs, ground beef, ground pork, chicken breast, chicken thighs, but lately I've been hammering my deer meat I just finished processing that I cut with some pork butt
Jasmine Rice
Veggie of my choice
Workday 2nd breakfast Items:
Homemade Burritos or
English Muffins with ham, eggs, and cheese
Then we pick up whatever we are making for dinner that week. I try to keep it simple so it's easy and cheap.

Nice! Potato bread-another good one(as long as it is not enriched). Basmati is my second favorite rice, Calrose is my #1

Lol! I have the simplest list ever. Some of these things I buy through the week and some monthly:
Costco run
Egg white cartons.
Eggs.
Real peanut butter.
Coach’s oats.
Those precooked rice/quinoa packs.
Spinach.
Raw almonds.
Chicken breast.
Organic ground beef or bison (when I’m lucky enough to get it).
Broccoli.
Almond milk.
K.I.S.S.
That’s it man. If I eat anything else I do it in town. Tacos, sushi, raw bar type seafood, nachos, hamburgers.
