thats a safe dose.U should always keep ur test at least 200mg above the deca.Or u can get what they call deca dick lol nd u dont want that
400 is a good dose...How many cycles have u ran and what is the lay out of the cycle u r currently running?

Also if u have ran cycle before,have u had any issues w gyno in the past?R U taking orals?How long did u take off between cycles,how long have u been on this cycle,how many weeks do u have planned for this cycle...If u have ran a previous cycle what did u run and at what mg?

Are you running anything for prolactin?
That is a good dose of Deca you are taking bro. If anything I wouldn't lower it I would raise the Sust or increase the injection frequency.
How often are you injecting the Sust? With all the different esters your levels may be fluctuating up and down more than usual causing you to see more adverse sides from the Deca.

This is my 5th cycle.
I'm pinning every 3rd day 300mg sust and 200mg deca. so in a 7 day week I'm getting 600mg sust and 400mg deca. I'm also using adex when my nipples tell me too. Planning on 12 weeks sust and 10 weeks for the deca. then 4-5 weeks of pct with chlomid depending on how my system rebounds @ 150/100/100/100/50. I will prob raise the sust as PAIN had suggested maybe to 700mg /wk. I'm open for any suggestions and or constructive critism

I'm on my last 2 weeks. dropped the deca now gonna boost the sust up to 800mg/wk
Everyone's different so your gonna hear all kinds of answers to this one but I've run up to 800 with no problems. I would try and up your test by 100 ml before I cut back the deca. If that doesn't work try some caber. Now if that doesn't work then maybe think about cutting back the deca.
800 is the sweet spot
