      So im been thinking about jumping to the dark side!!
      currently im 36, @ 215lbs 15 to 18% bf. really havent mesure my bf but the bitch skirocket since the covid19.
      previusly im been able to reach 7% bf at 200lbs im 5.11.
      if i decide to run gear is gonna be my first cicle, ill be using gh, i have use gh in thr past!!

      since is my first cicle beside test what else should i get!!? The e blockers and pcts to be specific!!
      should i start @ 300 or 350 or 400!!?
      obviously i need to have blood work, i wanna have a reference of my starting point, then check my levels mid cycle and after pct!!

      Forgot to mention the other factor of switching to the dark side is if i can get ahold of depo, i dont trust ugl since you font know what you get.

      pls advice.

      Age 34 ,weight 238lbs,5'10, bf is 22 percent .cycles on my first right now, but have been on trt for 1 yr current dose 290 mgs per week, diet I eat protein and carbs heavy, not really paying attention, need to start, goals build muscle and strength been working out 3 yrs on and off , current bench 415lbs, sqaut, 565, deadlift without straps 515 cycle I've started 1 week ago is an additional 110 mg per week test which puts me at 400 test cyp, and 200 mg per week deca, I take these on wed, and my trt appointment's are sat, is this a good cycle? Really want to fill out muscles and get stronger also take 1 mg arimidex on Sunday and Thursday

      400 test and 200mg deca is a decent starting cycle.

      check your E2 levels as with arimidex they can be brought down easily to too low and thats not what you want for strength (yes for a dry look)

      perhaps add an oral in, dbol or anadrol work great for strength

      Cycle Goals
      Increase strength while only gaining the weight that is necessary for the strength
      Dbol gives me insane acne so I would like to avoid similar compounds to dbol .
      Test and anavar had no effect on my skin

      Hey bros, returning to the game so just looking for some suggestions cause there's so many to choose from.
      Age 39. Height 5'7" weight 160
      I've done about 4 cycles before 1 just oral, Dbol 50mg. 1 dust 250 wDbol, 1 dbol test and tren and 1 test and deca.
      Been maybe a year and last person was ChrisRoids w great price and fire Dbol 50mg pills but hes no longer around. I'm looking to bulk up again(reached 172lbs) traps shoulders and arms were huge for me then. Plus I loved the sex w viagra added.
      Anyways my diet would be back around 3500 calories 100 g protein and 200 carbs daily.

      Looking for cycle suggestions as well as sponsor that would carry each item to include good Dbol and viagra for donation. Thanks guys and I've been gone abit so if this post needs cleaning up please forgive me.

      First off I'd get your macros(diet) lined up. It seems off. You say your eating 3500 but only 100protein and 200carbs. I'm not the most educated but that seems way off. All the gear in the world wont matter if your not getting the food in. And if your eating 3500 with 200 carbs and 100 protein, that means you'll be putting in a ton of fat

      Let me clarify it, I meant I would eat something like that like I did when I last cycles. Those macros I was at about 3400-3500 ED. I was in jail so my meals would be something like a pack of macaroni and cheese (450cal) a pack of tuna (180cal) and two table spoons of olive.oil (240cal) my protein I meant at least 100g ED and I tried keep my carbs to between 200-300 carbs. So just giving a general idea. I use to put 2 tablespoons of olive.oil with every meal. I would go back to writing down a daily log but yes your correct in that it's off and my facts were high.

      I am 64 y.o. I've been training most of 50 years. I am 5'8" 251 lbs. My present bf% is about 10 to 12%. Clearly visible abs and separation but not 'ripped'. I was a very good competitive bodybuilder in my 20's. Did a couple of powerlifting meets then too. In my 40's I did a few more bodybuilding meets then committed totally to powerlifting, primarily with APF/WPC and a few meets in other feds. After a few years I turned Pro and had a very good career. Still have several American and World masters records and 14 World Cbampionships in 3 federations. I retired in 2012 after losing my right kidney to cancer. Started training again about 2017. Diagnosed with skin cancer in 2018 on my outer left bicep. Doctor got it all and it did not reach the lymph nobes. I did an old man! comeback bodybuilding meet in August 2020 and placed pretty well but realized that the TRT my 'minimalist' doctor has me on will not be enough if I want to continue competing or even looking or feeling like I want to. My goal is to compete again and probably do more powerlifting meets. My nutrition is pretty solid for off season. Average protein intake is about 230 to 250 grams. Beef, chicken, lean pork, tuna and cottage cheese. About an equal amount of cards. Mostly complex. Some sugar in 4 to 8 oatmeal cookies (half simple/half complex) on traing days. Natural peanut butter and almonds for fats. And 1 or 2 bananas a day. Haven't calculated the calories off season but this keeps me comfortable 250+-. Last competition I was 215 but looked MUCH better 8 weeks earlier at 234. I NEED CARBS!
