Age-34
Weight-184/5'10
TrainingXp-15+
Cycles-about 6 not counting now
Diet-metabolism is still good so I cut out sugar and most simple carbs. Rightnow is redeveloping a base after hiatus.
Goals-special snowflake section. My training is Olympic weightlifting so development of power in the main lifts snatch,C+J,front and back squat. With that not getting super heavy which I have before is important. I've adopted the Chinese style of Oly training where there are many auxiliary exercises.
Bodyfat-10% or lower.
Cycle goals- Right now a standard Test,Npp,EQ and mast seems like a good long and solid sustainable lean muscle bulk but any critiques would be appreciated. My question is probably simple/newbish but I was considering anavar or tbol as either a bridge gap between cycles with TRT or just throwing it in to this one. Part of me was considering both together but I'm not sure since I have no direct xp with either. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I am 64 y.o. I've been training most of 50 years. I am 5'8" 251 lbs. My present bf% is about 10 to 12%. Clearly visible abs and separation but not 'ripped'. I was a very good competitive bodybuilder in my 20's. Did a couple of powerlifting meets then too. In my 40's I did a few more bodybuilding meets then committed totally to powerlifting, primarily with APF/WPC and a few meets in other feds. After a few years I turned Pro and had a very good career. Still have several American and World masters records and 14 World Cbampionships in 3 federations. I retired in 2012 after losing my right kidney to cancer. Started training again about 2017. Diagnosed with skin cancer in 2018 on my outer left bicep. Doctor got it all and it did not reach the lymph nobes. I did an old man! comeback bodybuilding meet in August 2020 and placed pretty well but realized that the TRT my 'minimalist' doctor has me on will not be enough if I want to continue competing or even looking or feeling like I want to. My goal is to compete again and probably do more powerlifting meets. My nutrition is pretty solid for off season. Average protein intake is about 230 to 250 grams. Beef, chicken, lean pork, tuna and cottage cheese. About an equal amount of cards. Mostly complex. Some sugar in 4 to 8 oatmeal cookies (half simple/half complex) on traing days. Natural peanut butter and almonds for fats. And 1 or 2 bananas a day. Haven't calculated the calories off season but this keeps me comfortable 250+-. Last competition I was 215 but looked MUCH better 8 weeks earlier at 234. I NEED CARBS!
