Looking to take things to the next level, Brothers:
I haven’t always had aspirations to be a bodybuilder, but over the last year or so, Ive realized how beautiful bodybuilding actually is, and how fun it is. It’s like watching your art project slowly become better and better each year. Love it!
So, because of that, I was hoping to get an answer or two from you, brothers and sisters of BOP. Here is my physique currently (bloated and 22% ish bodyfat at the moment, since I eat like a mad man during winter season, lol!)

Anyone know how I should proceed to take my size to the next level? Right now I use 400mgs of test e and 5iu of GH. (I’ve used higher but I found my body didn’t grow an inch using high doses, my body seems to respond better to lower doses of AAS)
Do I up the GH? Or do I add something? Thanks brothers and sisters, and have a blessed day!

You don’t look bad at all. A custom training/diet program along with some tweaking of your cycle may change your stats to meet your goals. You would need to post a bit more about
past and stuff you have tried in the past. The more info, the more suggestions you will get. For instance: someone may say
Add more test and add Tren but, they would just be throwing guesses out there. Dropping the bloat and bf% will mostly come from you increasing your output of energy along with a solid regimen. Gh without the use of certain products and using correctly can be a waste of money. If you need more help, keep posting and it will help you learn quite a bit.

Thank you so much man, I’ll do my best to list everything I’ve tried. I have used 10ius of GH for a year straight, it has increased my height by one inch. Went from 5’9 to 5’10. (I’m a younger guy, so my growth plates probably didn’t fully close yet.) It has also slightly increased my bone mass, it has also made me feel a bit hypo at times, so I would pair it with 10iu or 30 iu Lantus sometimes. I have used IGF-1 LR3 and DES before, but I stopped using it after 2 weeks because I didn’t feel a pump from it.
As for AAS, I’ve used up to a gram of Test E before, but that only lasted for a single cycle. I’ve used 500 NPP, 700 Deca, 60 Dbol, tried anadrol, tried just about everything except Primo. I used them in such high dosages, that I didn’t gain a single inch. It’s like my body rejected high doses. So I started doing low test and moderate GH. I noticed after 4 weeks my shoulders, back, forearms, and traps got noticeably bigger. The growing was still occurring for months and months up until about September. After that, it’s like the muscle gain just stopped. “Test is best” is so true in my opinion, So I’m lost now, brother. I don’t know whether to increase the GH, slightly increase test, or add a new compound. I’m just afraid that if I add too much gear, my body won’t respond like previously. I have very strange genetics...
as for diet, I love eating like a crazy mofo during the winter, since it means me and my wife don’t go to swimming parks since it’s too cold. But when it’s summer, I diet and cardio pretty hard. As of right now, I just eat oatmeal brown sugar packs, burgers, whole milk, protien powder, tuna with mayonnaise, peanut butter, and sometimes fast food. When I cut down, I limit my foods to chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, protien powder with water, turkey bacon, almonds, and I drink a lot of plain water.

Sounds like you have tried plenty of things that would completely transform a bodybuilder. My advice would be priority #1. Go to a men’s clinic and get a full blood work up done, physical, the works. There may be a lot going on that you are unaware of. I’m not talking about your regular GP; a specialist. If that is not an option, ultalabtests or private md. You may need some medical intervention to get your systems back in order. Get the diet/workout going and waiting for results. Something has blunted your system , could be a lot of things{ unless all your PED’s were fake}. After 10iu of gh and a gram of test: HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM. Very odd indeed. I wouldn’t experiment and just train until physical and bloods.

Hey bro you don't look bad at all. Keep up the hard work and all that you're doing and definitely listen to max. He is one of the very best guys on here and knows what he is doing and talking about! I think it's your diet. You eat like a mad man doesn't really say what your eating. You consistent with your diet? Measure everything? Training consistent?

I make sure I’m eating at least 3,800 - 4,100 calories a day. I’m pretty consistent with what I’ve said above. As for training, I always train 3 times a week, doing 3 body parts on those days each. I’ve noticed no difference doing it that way VS 4 or 5. But I’m always open to suggestions brother, I don’t know as much as you guys of course, and I would like to break through this size barrier. No matter how many years it takes.
My body seems to respond well to moderate weights doing 10 - 12 reps, 3 - 4 sets. I know everyone’s body is different when it comes to training response, but whenever I train heavy, I notice I don’t grow as fast as doing moderate weights and focusing on mind muscle connections.
