Yeah I dont expect to be Dorian type beast...lo L dont want to but I'd love to hit a solid 260lbs...
I cant overeat my cardio when I run , lift, hit and crossfit all in a day...tried and I lost....lol
So I slowed down ALOT...its hard though I love freedom to run a trail and go for 10+miles..
I do agree with eating being the hardest part , makes me sick as shit to do 5k + clean day in and out

Eating is by far the hardest. When my gut still feels full but it’s time to choke down a massive plate of chicken, rice and broccoli, I question myself if I still really want it. The eating creates the only doubt and really fucks with my head.
I just had dinner last night with a friend who was once first a client 30 years ago. I never realized how much impact I can sometimes have on the direction of people’s lives. He told me things I said to him that I don’t necessarily recall but know it’s still part of my mindset. I wish I could sit in a room with a bunch of you more level headed guys here on the forum and try to have some impact on how you approach this whole world of diet, health and gear. I’m not the “final answer” but certainly can give you all food for thought.
I just find that since my hiatus from this world, the shift has been great and the way people approach everything missing the mark.
When I get back home I think I’m going to do a rant or op ed piece thread.
