During this cycle I work out 6 days a week heavily ,I alternate work outs and always throw in some type of legs.. I'm eating 3 to 4 times a day drinking at the minimum of 2 protein shakes a day..I started off at 196lb This cycle will consist of four 10ml bottles of test 250 one 10ml bottle of deka 400 and 4 weeks worth of dbol..will be using novaldex for a estrogen blocker and Himalayan liver cure 52 for a liver support when I start my deka and dbol i will be using a 22 gauge 1 inch needles. Week one I used 2.5 ml of test 250 twice a week , monday and Thursday ending weight for the week 197lb, week two used 2.5 ml of test twice monday and thursday . Ending weight 197lb. Week three same thing 2.5 ml of test twice a week monday and thursday ending weight.198lb Week four 2.5 ml of test monday and thursday ending weight 200lb. Week five 2.5 ml of test a week monday and Thursday ending weight 203lbs

Ending weight 205 .. week seven started 30 mg of d bol a day plus 6 day a week 1 ml of deka 500 a week.. taking san nutrition liver support once a day till the end of my cycle .. ending weight 207. Week eight 1ml of deka 500 ..2.5 ml of test 250 ending weight 207 week nine 1 ml of deka 500 2.5 ml of test 250 ending weight 208 week ten 1ml of deka 500 ..2.5 ml of test 250 . Ending weight 208 . Week eleven 1ml of deka 500 2.5 ml of test 250 ending weight 210. Week twelve. 2.5 ml of test 250. 1 ml of deka 500. Ending weight 210.. week thirteen. 2.5 ml of test 250 1ml of deka 500 . Ending weight 212 . Week fourteen 2.5 ml of test 250 1 ml of deka 500 ending weight 215... post cycle novaldex 40 mg for 2 weeks . And 20 mg for 2 weeks.
