      I've put on about 10 pounds each time. Cardio got better . I didn't notice side effects but I'm adhd and have energy for days. Only downside was back n arm pumps from hell

      Inject is fire. I can dose higher.

      With tabs I like 10mg for more of a solid recomp.

      I usually dose it 1hr before my workouts for the day or on off days when I wake up.

      I prefer on empty stomach.

      I have add and tren calms me down...but holy crap halo and sd...lol you got more grit than most...I have avoided them due to the sides, but figured I'd give a run on SD... I'll try for 3 weeks and hopefully it packs more muscle than anything. My diets good and cardio is getting back on track from last tren cycle

      It wasnt halotestin it was halo50 which i believe is the ph version of tbol

      Are you using this as a kick start, finisher or by itself ? If you want to increase cardio and endurance I'd drop some clen and Eq in that cycle.
