I know 5 hours after taking it strength isnt there yet or takes a few days but I pulled 545lb deadlift pretty easy but been slamming g quads lately really hard....so I hope to push my bench from 365 to 400 amd my deadlift to 600....that's what my goal is...I'd like to gain some mass as well. I'd still like to hit 260 and back off to 243 at 6%...I'm back to 238 at 8% now again...fucking cardio drops weight off me super fast...but I LOVE RUNNING...Goes back to being a kid and running was your first real freedom even before a bike....we shall see anyone on here k ow I have done some heavy cycles some cocktail concoctions and longer runs....my metabolism is my arch nemesis for gaining....lol
Dont have an issue at 235 and 6% all day long year round off gear...but as soon as I hit 245 my body says NOPE and starts to shed it even without running spin and hiit...
