      Ok...popped 10mg this morning. Headed to gym and then I pop another 10mg later in day..
      Going to run it 4+ weeks or till sides kick...

      THOUGHTS ON THIS::::::
      Was thinking SD 10mg and tbol 20mg preworkout and another 10mg sd later in day as well...5 days on 2 days off

      Superdrol is highly liver toxic. I ran it with liver and organ defender. What your doing sounds completely reasonable if you run supps to protect that liver. I did in 4 days if 3. In my opinion there is no need to run Tbol, I dont think you'll get much out of it. If you train in the A.M. dont wake up and take your superdrol, wait til an hour before the gym and itll be your P.W.O. I never had any bad sides and I ran superdrol pretty high. I'm one of the few that disnt have nad sides while on it. Other then being drowsy and zapped my hunger. Couldn't eat worth a damn. I ran it at the end of my cycle. Right around week 4 into 5 started feeling like shit, muscle cramps and spasms..tapped out.

      Sdrol is like at the top of the list for being a heavy burden to the liver. I would never stack it with anything esp TBOL. I love both but they are both dry compounds and your back pumps would debilitate you.

      I have run Tbol at beginning of cycle for 5 wks, then SDROL last 4. I don’t recommend it for the newbie.

      I also ran TUDCA, glutathione and MIC with it, and showed very very little liver stress. I looked good but, I have to say I didn’t feel The superdrol thread

      But, I LOVE SDROL!

      Yeah not new to guinea pigging myself....yeah I did 20mg this morning and tbol...I'll bag tbol tomorrow and drop to .5 x2 a day...

      I know 5 hours after taking it strength isnt there yet or takes a few days but I pulled 545lb deadlift pretty easy but been slamming g quads lately really hard....so I hope to push my bench from 365 to 400 amd my deadlift to 600....that's what my goal is...I'd like to gain some mass as well. I'd still like to hit 260 and back off to 243 at 6%...I'm back to 238 at 8% now again...fucking cardio drops weight off me super fast...but I LOVE RUNNING...Goes back to being a kid and running was your first real freedom even before a bike....we shall see anyone on here k ow I have done some heavy cycles some cocktail concoctions and longer runs....my metabolism is my arch nemesis for gaining....lol

      Dont have an issue at 235 and 6% all day long year round off gear...but as soon as I hit 245 my body says NOPE and starts to shed it even without running spin and hiit...

      One thing I will say is the strength increase was insane. Be careful and give your body time to catch up to the strength. I got strong fast and ended up tearing a rotator and rear delt. Itll definitely pack mass on if you can eat enough. It was very hard for me to eat on it. May take another stab at it next go around.

      I wont then....thank for you insight and shawn4425 I was told to be careful of quick strength gains and injury...thanks for the advice....I went and lifted again today figure I'll see if i cant make 110% run at it...
