Test cream
I have a friend who used to be on TRT and they used to prescribe him test cream not gel in a lil 1ml vial. It was dosed at like 20mg/ml
He is deathly afraid of needles and abuses cialis. I told him to make his own transdermal , but he's a pain in the ass about it being a cream or lotion .
My question is if he buys test base powder and gets a 3oz container and fills the container with a hand lotion and 3-5g of test base powder would it be a consistent dose ?

As Maximus said look up DMSO I’ve actually seen some stuff recently on the internet about guys making there own transdermal. Also some of them had some pretty surprising results with bloodwork but just gonna have to experiment with it yourself. I agree with what was said also he needs to get over fear of needles or rethink if trt lifestyle is for him . My advice would be if he’s using a small dose of test weekly I would just use a slin pin and do small sub-q injections

Yep, it works very well. Just keep in mind that the cream isn't just powder held in lotion that you rub under your sack. It is a especially formulated, non-powder version of testosterone that is being held in solution. That solution is able to enter your skin.

Okay, wait. Test powder isn't formulated in any way to pass the skin barrier and breach the layers of the epidermis to get to the cappilaries, right? So, you're assuming the lotion would help it "enter" the bloodstream through the skin? I'm not saying you wouldn't get a small amount of absorption, but it is highly unlikely this would work. The powder wouldn't dissolve into the lotion, it would just be held in suspension. I'm just trying to think this through here.

Everyone and their brother has tried this and the reason you don't see it on the open market is because quite honestly it just doesn't work very well. The absorption rate is very poor, 10% range or less so its just not viable for most.
However, if you must try it, do some research online. DMSO and Phlojel Ultra have the ability to pass most substances into the bloodstream. I don't know the molecular 'size' of test but keep in mind some particles are just to large to work. There is more involved than just adding the test powder to the mix however. We used to make tren this way back in the day.
I would suggest you or friend consider using test sub Q. It works very well and is painless. I've just about got my wife talked into trying it.

What if I jerk off with this lotion mixture of test powder
Seriously-- the friction alone will make the lotion deeply penetrate the skin therefore the test powder will also deeply absorb
hmm..
