I don't know when you have time to go to the gym, looks like you cook 24/7!...or maybe it's second nature now, it would take me all day to cook up some of these things. I'm waiting on "Max's 15 minute meal prep cook book"

Definitely have my female crew helping! Sometimes I’m on my own but it is a collective effort, my girl, my sis, my mom all help....sometimes!! Usually I’m at it by myself but, food prep is my priority over training schedule because I have an erratic schedule.
