Totally, can you imagine how hard the heart has to work pumping all that blood.? OMG. I loved Michael Clarke Duncan; he was such a good actor and all around nice guy. You know who is built real well and slimmed down just a bit; is Terry Crews. That dude is hilarious!! Loved him in that movie -White Chicks! Lmao

The biggest issue with extreme size is forceing your heart to pump blood hard enough to supply the unnatural weight.
I guy who would normally be 180-190 genetically, forcing their heart to pump blood to 290-320 is taxing.

Yes sir
Plus all the peptides and hormones that they blast causing organs enlargement plus a lot of substances that they raise up the blood pressure leads to a fatal death, most of the bodybuilder now a day they are just going for the freaky looking physique instead of working slowly their way up to their true "natural" potential
Remember back the 90s and 00s Nasser El sombaty was the first and only bodybuilder to be 300 lbs with abs in off-season, now a day's there's a bunch of guys walking with 320+lbs with a huge hormonal belly (abs distortion)
