First Cycle check
Hey guys, so for my first cycle, i have decided to start with a low dose to test the waters/ see how well my body responds to it.
WEEK 1-10: Test E 250mg/week
WEEK 11-12: Taking nothing to let the test clear out.
WEEK 13: 40mg nolvadex/day
WEEK 14-15: 20mg nolvadex/day
Do feel free to tell me what you guys think.

Id get bloods done first to see what your levels are at
I would start with 500mg per week
250mg Monday and Thursday
I wouldn't bother shutting down my own test for only 250mg
Have an AI on hand like Aromasin or Adex
Make sure you have already bought AI and PCT before starting cycle
Id add in Clomid 50/50/25/25/2.5
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/10

I’ll second Matty. If your going for it, do 500mg/wk, definitely have a Aromatace Inhibitor on hand and add Clomid to your PCT.

Like said above no sense in shutting down and replacing with same amount so 500mg. You would be allotting money for bloodwork at a minimum pre, mid and post PCT. These will be an invaluable asset in your knowledge base as you progress.
Good beginners cycle:
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
PCT:
Should consist of both Tamoxifen (Nolvadex ) and Clomiphene (Clomid). The combination is important as they work in synergy to help you recover. Running only one of them will hinder your chance of recovery some. Your PCT protocol for this cycle should look like the following:
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
Each number above is representative of the daily dose for that week; for a 4 week total PCT run. So clomid would be taken at 75 mg daily for 1 week, then 3 weeks at 50mg daily. And Nolvadex would be 40 mg daily for 1 week, then 20 mg daily for the last 3 weeks. Make sense?

400/week. 8 weeks. No AI or pct. Just come off. Bloods before & after.

Double your dose and your good.
250mg is a TRT ish dose and you won’t see much. If you can’t double the dose, save up and wait til you can.
No AI
Do bloods prior, mid and after.
5 WEEK PCT PROTOCOL:
Clomid - 50/50/25/25/12.5
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10
