      Cycle Advice, feeling unmotivated and loss of appetite on cycle

      Hey guys, 8th cycle here. Third time running deca and first time EQ, also first time using three compounds. Basically I’m not feeling the drive I’ve had on almost every other cycle. And not feeling the appetite as usual either. I didn’t know if anyone had the time to look over my cycle and see if what I’m doing is causing this and if I need to make adjustments. Currently I’m on my 5th week of this 14 week cycle.

      Test E- 600mg (300mg M and TH)
      EQ- 500mg (250mg M and TH)
      Deca- 400mg (200mg M and TH)

      Started with Dbol at the beginning of cycle at 30mg ED but my nips couldn’t take it, very gyno prone and recent gyno removal surgery. So I dropped it

      Currently running Aromasin at 12.5 ED and still feeling somewhat sensitive in the nipples. Upped it to 25mg ED and had crazy headaches and dropped it back down.

      started the cycle at 185lbs 13.5BF currently sitting at 201lb 15% BF

      eating around 3500-3800 Calories daily

      any input as too why I’m feeling sluggish is much appreciated. Thinking that maybe my deca is too low and I should up it closer to test. But unsure.

      Woahhhh. Too much aromasin brother. Way too much.
      If you had surgery to remove gyno then that breast tissue is gone. No worries. You may still get the nip sensation but thats normal as the gear kicks in.

      I would drop the EQ and Deca and just do a nice clean blast of test. It will take a few weeks for the others to clear out.
      You gotta let your estro rise a little to grow and have hormone balance.

      At 600 test per week, 12.5 every 4-5 days should be plenty of aromasin. For now you gotta let that shit clear out too. Take at least 10 days off the aromasin.
      Def get blood work & donate after.

      Keep us posted. The brothers here will get you through the best we can.

      Give us a day in the life of your diet too. You gained alot of weight & bf and the gear doesnt even kick in till week 5. Some of that sluggishness may be diet related.
      What else are you taking? Supps etc?

      Thanks for the advice man, as much as it’ll suck to come off mid cycle I’m going to follow what you said and try it.
      Aromasin was high cause I’m scared as shit to get gyno again,(and so is my bank account) the dr assured me that it wouldn’t come back unless I went back on gear in high amounts without using an estrogen blocker. I had suspicion that my est might be too low and that’s why I’m feeling the way I am.

      As far as diet goes, my daily food list is here:

      Egg whites
      Whole eggs
      Oats
      Greek yogurt
      Bananas
      some 1% milk not a lot
      chicken breast
      lean beef 5% fat
      white rice
      black beans
      mixed vegetables mostly greens
      two scoops of whey protein daily

      pretty boring diet, every now and then I’ll sub the chicken out for steak or some ground chicken made with oats

      I eat this food daily and rarely switch it up.

      extra supplements
      milk thistle daily but that’s about it. Recently got into researching cholesterol levels on gear and have some supplements to support that coming this week hopefully.

      CHOLESTEROL IMPROVING SUPPLEMENTS?

      1.Citrus Bergamot
      2. Niacin
      3.Red Yeast Rice (but it must have at least 10 MG of (monocolin K (natural lovastatin)
      4.Cardarine(gw)SARM
      5.Fish oil 3-4 grams or VascepaCycle Advice, feeling unmotivated and loss of appetite on cycle

      Do you have cholesterol issues? If so, what is your regimen for raising hdl and lowering ldl cholesterol levels? It seems to be a big topic of discussion and it would be great to see everyones thoughts/experiences on their personal use of supplementation and/or diet changes to improvement.

      Ger yourself an organic multivitamin "My Kind" are good an affordable. You need a lot of vitamin support to helpnutilize that food so it doesnt turn into excess fat.
      Dont use whey. Esp the shit they market to bodybuilders. Its contaminated with GMOs & Round-Up.
      Get a good organic one. They are usually plant based: pea protien. Etc. Ill post the one I use.

      Swap the white rice for wild. 99% of white rice has crazy high arsenic levels.

      I agree with above. Gyno prone take Letro or lower Test dose before taking asin ED.

      I would take it every 3-4 days tops.

      I think you may be crashing your E2.

      Also go donate blood, maybe lie a little. I feel amazing after donating but you are on a heavy cycle which will Inc EPO snd this RBCs you want to keep, I would actually do it afterwards.

      I think it’s an asin issue more than anything.
