I’m a big fan of micro dosing tren.
I wanted to try low dosing after reading so much about it on here so I ran a small dose of TrenE 100mg every 4.5 days after I ran TrenA at 50mg every 3days for 6 (A) and 8 (E) weeks each just to see if I could feel any difference and much preferred the Ace to Enth as I felt much better on the Ace and felt horrible on Enth but that's just my experience, I ran TrenE a couple years ago at 400mg a week and felt amazing but this time at 100mg every 4.5 days I really didn't like how it made me feel psychologically but that's just me.

I started doing some research & math. Trenbolone packs major mass on cows, which is what its original purpose was.
Follow the math with me on this.
The recommended dose for beef cattle in the final 70 days before slaughter is 8-10 pellets, each pellet contains 200mg trenbolone. So lets say we do max doseage 10 pellets. Thats 2000mg being slowly released over 70 days. At an even rate of dispersion, thats 28.5mg daily for a 1500lb animal, which translates to: 199.5mg per 7 days.
Lets use a human body weight average of 200lb. to keep the math simple.
200lbs is 13% of 1500lb.
13% of 200mgs per week (199.5 -the cattle weekly dose) = 26mg/week
50mg/wk is 2X the dose used in beef cattle when adjusted for bodyweight!
Ill be using tren hex. Its the longest ester, slowest release. Its the only version ever approved for human use.
Im experimenting here. Im eliminating all other factors except a cycle doseage of test which I normally run as a baseline.
Im going to run it for 8 weeks (as long as no mental side effects present themselves)
I ran it at 200/wk before and had to tap out around 9 weeks, took me about a month for the mental side effects to leave completely.
I believe that based on the math, 50mg/wk will provide growth, without extreme side effects.
I dont want to sweat my ass off, be paranoid & aggressive, lose sleep, lose stamina etc...
Will low dose, slow release tren provide good gains without significant negatives?
Only one way to find out!
I'm glad for you that your approaching this run with caution instead of doing like I did and not following Riggs advise like I should have.
Instead I jump on the Tren train at 100 a day for 8 Weeks and the wheels fell off lol now if I run it it's 30 mg's a day that way I don't end up in the funny farm.
And my wife doesn't look at me and say I'm not the man she married 30 yrs ago and for me to get my shit together.

That’s funny because I’ve always heard the opposite.

Ive done Ace & parabolan (hex). I tolerate ace pretty well but I dont like pinning it. Its easier to come of ace if you start having issues because of the short ester. All tren will eventually change your brain at some point.
The trick is too get in, get gains & get out. I would never recommend anything over 300/wk and nothing longer than 8 weeks.
Pinning my second dose yesterday. Feeling good. Sleeping good. Maintaining weight. It hasnt had a chance to build up so we'll see.

I like what you said about tren changing your brain and getting in and out. It’s so true man. If you run it too long it starts playing tricks on you. And I also agree with dosages. 300 is plenty of tren for me. I can adjust my other compounds accordingly. But I usually run tren e so I do 12 weeks. And if I have mast in there then it really helps me tolerate it better for the 12 weeks.

If you using E, you can stop pinning week 10 ( i recommend week 8 stoppage) because its going to keep hitting for at least 2 weeks after last inject.
