I used nolvadex and it got rid of a tiny lump I had once. I started at 40mg and I noticed it sorta shrinking alittle so I upped the dose to 60mg and seen it was going down more so I bumped it to 100mg and it went away totally, altogether it took 5 days to go away and never came back.

I prefer letrozole. It get the job done fast. The downfall though is that you have to watch your body close because if you stay on it for too long ( for me longer than 2-3 weeks) then it will completely shut you down. And that is noooo fun!
how long have you had this? are you currently cycling and it has popped up? did you just finish a cycle and its still there? or has it been a while since you cycled and you have the gyno?
Plus what compounds were/are you using. Is it prolactin related or estro. Caber and letro are usually used for different reasons from my understanding.
To answer your questions, my last cycle was two years ago and it was only 500 mg of Test E for 10 weeks. I used aromasin for an AI and nolva as needed. Since that time I've only used Super DMZ. I'm certain it wasn't from the Test cycle and it might have been caused by the DMZ, not 100% sure. But the DMZ claims it doesn't aromatize. I don't recall if I was on the DMZ when I felt my nipples hurting. Actually I don't think I was taking anything b/c normally I would have thought I was getting gyno if I was on something but when I felt the pain I didn't think anything of it since I wasn't on anything. I've recently been put on TRT and I started taking Adex about a week ago at 0.5 mg EOD and for the most part the pain is gone. I'm not sure what causes prolactin. I thought it was from Deca but I've never taken Deca.

test can influence gyno especially if you have had it before. where is it located e.g. directly behind the nipple, or off to the side of the chest? how big is it e.g. is it just a tiny bump, or the size of a dime, nickle, quarter, possibly larger?
is dmz a prohormone? i have had prohormones cause gyno symptons for me in the past making my nipples so sensitive that the t-shirt felt like rough paper towels moving across them.
i think timing is important here, so if this is something you have been monitoring for the past few weeks then i would say stay on the course you are taking with the adex, and continue monitoring the problem area. if its been longer and the bump is a little big, then you may possibly look into letro. since you are not cycling a 19-nor you dont need caber. i think the fact that you have removed the pain shows that you are on the right track, you dont want to over do it on the AI, which is the reason im asking you all these questions.
I don't have a bump anymore. It just looks swollen and is sensitive but not nearly as painful as it was. It just looks like my nip is bigger than its supposed to be. I was wondering if I iced it if that would help bring the swelling down? I can post a pic if that helps. I've never had gyno issues so I guess I don't understand all the questions being asked. But I appreciate all the feedback. Oh and yes, DMZ is a pro hormone made by Iron Mag Labs. It actually works pretty good but I get chest tightness when I use it and my lipids go thru the roof.

i dont need no pictures, but if you play around with it (no pun intended) you should be able to judge the size of the swelling, thats why below i was giving you some examples to compare to. bc adex is a mild AI try upping the dose to 1mg, and lets see how the swelling responds. you may want to consider discontinuing the test until you get this under control, and then next time whether you cycle or TRT run your AI immediately alongside with it.
in fact it sounds like you are very sensitive so you may even consider running the AI a week before you start a cycle, but everything we do with our bodies needs to be conducted on a step by step basis and not decide to go the whole 9 yards on a particular something just yet, so if you do decide to stop the TRT and try to remedy the swelling, then when you get back on start taking the AI immediately with your cycle.or TRT.
so with that being said i recommend upping adex to 1mg eod for now.
I'm only doing 100 mg of Test a week so I don't think it's the Test. I did 500 mg a week and had no issues. I'm going to try increasing the adex dose and try to get some letro and see how that works.
