Nothing will happen, I had a friend that would take gear and not work out. He didn't add fat or muscle.

Nothing. You need the stimulus of exercise to promote growth. Aas just speed up the process of protein synthesis, but w/o the stress of exercise it won't happen.
The body responds positively to stress. Exercise is stress.

I have never taken gear and not worked out but I would suspect that it would do nothing for u and be a total waste.

wellllll my current cycle i just ended i had to go almost 2 weeks without lifting, not to say i didnt put any stress on my body there might have been 2 days with continue stress on my legs bc i went hiking in the mountains, and towards the end of those two weeks it felt like my nipples were beginning to get sensitive just by the touch of a shirt. so i couldve just been paranoid or maybe there was a build up of estrogen related to not lifting buuuuuut i wouldnt recommend not lifting.
Your friend is obviously not educated about AAS. Anything added to your body has a potential to have a negative effect. Why have any risk, no matter how small, for no reward?
You should take his gear and hand him a liter bottle of GSO. He'll be safer, and you'll get bigger.

He is just shutting down his own Test production + w 1000mg Test/600mg Deca his BP+RBC may be high or going up.
Gear and not working out is pointless...
If you are 40+ and overweight you could see an increase in mood, sex drive, and lose some body fat, but why not take advantage of the increased Testosterone and work out and increase those results 10 times.
