Pretty simple answer:
Eat more, aim for a higher protein intake, progressive overload, 7-10 hours of sleep.

Yep! I couldn’t put on weight...I’ve put on weight but never enough. It’s taken some time but I’ve learned over that time
How training different ways effects me
How moving my macros around effects me
How using PED effects me
And after all this thinking I’m still changing shit, and probably will until I’m so old I don’t give a shit anymore. I’ve watched vid after vid of every Joe blow with 20 inch arms and the one thing I can say is there are similarities in thoughts but nothing is a one fit..... except one thing. Not how you train, not what AAS you use but. EAT MORE FOOD! Morning evening night!
I’m no where near big, but I learn and try. I started out as a 135lbs long distance runner. After blowing out my knees and having hip pain I decided to go at lifting. I screwed around and blew out my bicep tendon but I keep going. And now I’m only 190lbs. Nothing to brag about but I’ll take it....along with more cake. When I stop giving a shit about counting cals during a bulk I put on weight. I ate, cake, protein, bread, meat, anything I could hold down. And I finally put on weight.
