Alright with an estradiol score of 62, how would you run adex to get it a little more in check, currently I’m just on trt 200 mg of test c a week, but as you can see my estrogen is rather high n I think causing some issues. My endo prescribed me adex but wrote it for 1 mg ed. That just seems like a lot I may be wrong but I thought I’d come and ask you guys what you think.

Me personally I've never taken more then 1mg a week. I aromatize pretty heavy. There's ways you can test your estradiol on your own for about 30 bucks. Through trial and error I've learned to get bloods. When mine got realy bad like 120. I took 1 mg every 2 days then .5 for 2. Then .5 evry 3. Didnt take long before I had it lined up. Maybe take .5 mg every 3 days for 2 weeks then get some blood and see where you are

That’s what I was thinking, 1 mg Ed seemed like way too much, but there’s no telling a dr. That they know all n your just the patient, thanks for the input. Luckily my insurance covers my blood draws so I can get them as often or as rare as I want, I’m gonna run that adex at .5 3x a week for about 3-4 weeks then get some bloods pulled again n see where I’m at make adjustments from there.

I'm not an expert by any means, still a rookie. But it took about 10 days for me to feel that it was better. Not sure what sides your feeling. But I was major bloated and high blood pressure. I took my bloods after 2 weeks and it went from 129 to 82 then another 2 weeks I was back to the 40s.

I definitely got the high blood pressure, I feel a lot more moody than I usually am, and like yourself I’m holding water making me look more puffy n I don’t like it at all. I’d say the worst side is the moodiness it’s like one second I’ll be ok then I just get so angry/upset over absolutely nothing it’s horrible, especially considering normally I’m nothing like that I’m usually real laid back. So I can’t wait to start the adex n get things back in check, but damn 129 is real high were you running test or anything at the time to get it so elevated?

wow that much adex sure seems like it would absolutely crash your e2. i am alot more comfortable with aromisin, but i personall would not start any higher than 0.5eod to every 3 day.
i have a real good idea where my e2 is by my pimple/acne.
do u have any signs like that to tell relative where your e2 is?

.5mg eod is plenty to pull it down. 1mg a day and within the second or 3 week you’d be tried AF!
