Hey guys looking for the advice of some seasoned bros on my second cycle here are my current stats
22 years old
6'5 250-260lbs it fluctuates
Goal: gaining more size and mainly strength, my training is more power based and plan to compete soon
been training hard for 5 years and completed my first cycle roughly 4 months ago which was Test E only for 13 weeks at 500 mg per week.
Went very well gained over 20 lbs and kept a good 10lbs of solid muscle with very good strength gains. I used nolva only for pct and had no problems.
For my new cycle i want to add in Deca and am debating using test e again or trying the test 300 as i want to bump it up to 600 mg per week?
Heres my plan
week 1-13 600 mg test e or test 300 per week
week 1-11 400 mg Deca 200 per week
pct nolva and clomid standard dosing
Going to pin the test twice a week, how do i space out the deca? is that an appropriate test deca ratio?
